Do I need input reactor?
For installations with high line distortion or weak supply, input reactor recommended. Protects VFD from line transients, reduces harmonic distortion. Required for installations with generator supply.
Can this VFD control high-inertia loads?
Yes, sensorless vector mode provides high starting torque (150% at 0.5 Hz). For very high-inertia loads, size VFD one size larger or extend acceleration time to prevent overcurrent faults.
What's the maximum cable length?
Motor cable: 50m shielded, 100m unshielded without output filter. With output reactor: up to 200m. With sine-wave filter: up to 500m. Longer cables cause voltage reflection.
