What to include in your enquiry
Most quotes are confirmed within one business day. The four things that let us price accurately on the first reply are:
- Part number and quantity. The full model designation including
suffix —
CJ2H-CPU64-EIP, notCJ2H-CPU64. Suffixes are not interchangeable and most mis-quotes start here. - Destination country, so we can quote the correct freight and any duties or taxes that apply.
- Condition, if you have a preference — new, or whatever is currently available for an end-of-life part.
- How urgent it is. If a line is down, say so and we will check what can physically ship today.
If you are not sure which suffix you need, send the model and quantity anyway and describe the machine it goes into. Answering that question properly is usually faster than ordering the wrong unit.

How quickly will I get a quote?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. Enquiries sent outside Chinese office hours are answered first thing the next working morning.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Part number and quantity, destination country, and any condition requirement. If you are unsure of the suffix, send the machine model and describe the application instead.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, subject to our sales confirmation. Payment is by advance transfer and DAP is our default Incoterm — both are negotiable.
Which languages can I contact you in?
English, Spanish and Chinese. Email is the most reliable channel because it carries the part numbers without formatting loss; WhatsApp is fastest for a single part number.
