How we know a part is genuine
Every unit is checked against the manufacturer's specification before it leaves our warehouse, and the check is recorded against your order. This page sets out exactly what we inspect, what you receive as evidence, and what our check does not prove.

Why this page exists
Buying a replacement PLC from a supplier you have never dealt with is a trust problem before it is a price problem. A CPU module costs several hundred dollars, and a counterfeit one looks identical to the genuine article until it fails to communicate with your controller — usually at the moment your line is down.
Almost every distributor in this market claims "100% genuine". Very few show their work. This page sets out exactly what we inspect on your order, what you receive as evidence, and — just as importantly — what our check does not prove.
Condition: new, refurbished and used
We supply new stock as standard, and we also source refurbished and second-hand units when you ask for them — usually for discontinued or long-lead models where new stock no longer exists. Condition is stated on the quotation and confirmed in writing before you order. If a listing says new, it is new; we do not quietly substitute a refurbished unit for a cheaper price.
What we inspect on every unit
Each item is checked against the manufacturer's published specification before it is packed.
- Model and suffix match. The full part number on the unit is read and compared against the ordered SKU, including the suffix. A CJ2H-CPU64-EIP is not accepted as a substitute for a CJ2H-CPU64.
- Packaging and labelling. Box, seals, labels and printing are inspected for reprint or over-label signs.
- Date and lot codes. Production codes are read from the unit and recorded against the order.
- Physical condition. Housing, terminals, connectors and contacts are checked for impact damage, heat damage, oxidation, or signs the unit has been opened.
What we do not do
We do not power up or bench-test units before dispatch. The inspection above is physical and documentary. If you need a powered functional test report — LED states, communication check, a scan of the diagnostics — ask before you order and we will quote for it separately.
What you receive as evidence
Before the unit ships we send you photographs of the outer box and the labels. If you need to see the actual unit rather than the packaging, tell us and we will open the box and photograph the module itself before it leaves the warehouse. These are photographs of your order, not stock imagery.
What our check does not prove
We would rather be precise than reassuring. Our inspection is a physical and documentary check conducted in Xiamen before dispatch. It is not a factory certificate, it is not a functional test, and it does not trace the unit back to Omron's own distribution centre by serial. We do not claim otherwise.

Hengyixin Automation is not affiliated with, authorised by, or acting as an agent for Omron Corporation. "Omron" and all model designations are trademarks of their respective owner, used here to identify the products we supply.

What happens if I receive a counterfeit part?
Contact us with photographs and the order number while the unit is still covered by the 12-month warranty. The remedy — replacement or refund — is agreed case by case between us.
