The CJ2M-CPU14 is the 30K-step model of Omron's CJ2M CPU1@ family — the right pick for mid-range machine-control applications where the 20K-step CJ2M-CPU33 (which has built-in EtherNet/IP) is too small in program memory but the 60K-step CJ2M-CPU15 (also no EtherNet/IP) is overkill. The CPU14 ships with 30K steps of program memory and 160K words of data memory (32K DM + 32K EM × 4 banks), plus a USB Type-B programming port and an RS-232C serial port for legacy device connections (HMIs, barcode readers, weigh scales, temperature controllers). The CPU1@ series differs from the CJ2M-CPU3@ series in one key respect: the CPU1@ does NOT have built-in EtherNet/IP.
