What is the difference between G6B-4BND and G6B-47BND?
Both are 4-channel terminal relays with 4PST-NO contacts at 5 A. The 4BND is the standard 100,000-operation electrical life version; the 47BND is the long-life 200,000-operation version for higher-cycle applications. Pick the 47BND for spindle on/off or pneumatic valve cycling; pick the 4BND for general-purpose interposing where cycles are low.
Can I replace a single failed channel without rewiring the whole block?
Yes — the G6B mini-relay module on each channel is plug-in. Pull the failed channel's relay module straight out of the P6B socket and push a fresh G6B relay module in. The wiring stays put. Replacement takes under 30 seconds per channel.
Are the four channels isolated from each other?
Yes — each of the four channels has its own coil input and own contact output, with no shared common. The dielectric strength between any two channels is 2,000 VAC for 1 minute. This is the main advantage of a 4-channel terminal relay over a single 4PDT relay: a fault on one channel cannot affect the other three.
What is the difference between G6B-4BND and G6B-48BND?
