What's the difference between CJ1W-PD025 and CJ1W-PA205R?
PD025 takes 24V DC input; PA205R takes 100-240V AC input. Both provide 5V/5A + 24V/0.8A output (25W total). The PD025 is for DC-only installations (battery, solar, DC bus); the PA205R is for AC mains. Most industrial sites use PA205R. Mechanically and functionally they are interchangeable in a CJ1 rack.
Can I use the CJ1W-PD025 with a 12V battery system?
No — the PD025 requires 21.6-26.4V DC, which is outside a 12V battery's range. You'd need a 12V-to-24V boost converter in front of the PD025.
