Does the CJ1W-TS562 take thermocouple inputs?
No. The TS562 is Pt100 / Pt1000 RTD only. For thermocouple inputs (K, J, T, etc.) on the same CJ1 Basic I/O footprint, use the CJ1W-TC001 or CJ1W-TC102 family.
Can I use 2-wire RTDs with the CJ1W-TS562?
You can short B to B-prime for 2-wire use, but the spec sheet notes that the published accuracy no longer applies. For full accuracy always run 3-wire probes with matched lead lengths.
How many I/O points does the CJ1W-TS562 use?
It uses 48 I/O points for 1 to 3 active inputs, 64 points for 4 inputs, and 96 points for 5 to 6 inputs. Set the active input count on the DIP switches before powering the PLC.
What PLCs work with the CJ1W-TS562?
