Is the CP1W-TS102 a thermocouple input?
No. The CP1W-TS102 reads Pt100 and JPt100 RTDs, not thermocouples. For J or K thermocouples, use the CP1W-TS001 (2-channel) or CP1W-TS002 (4-channel).
How many sensors can the CP1W-TS102 read?
Four. All four inputs must use the same sensor type (Pt100 or JPt100) and the same input range. Mixing types or ranges on one unit is not supported.
How accurate is the CP1W-TS102?
+/- 0.5 percent of the indicated value or +/- 1 degC, whichever is larger, +/- 1 digit. The 12-bit resolution is 0.1 degC in normal mode and 0.01 degC in 2-decimal mode.
Can the CP1W-TS102 mix Pt100 and JPt100 on the same unit?
No. All four inputs must use the same sensor type. Set the rotary switch on the side of the unit to Pt100 or JPt100 before turning the CPU on; the selection applies to all four channels.
