What is the difference between H5CC-A and H5CC-L8?
Function. The H5CC-A is a timer with 15 timing modes and an SPDT relay output. The H5CC-L8 is a 1-stage preset counter that counts incoming pulses and trips its relay when the count reaches the setpoint. Both share the same 48 x 48 mm panel footprint and the same IP66 face, but the A family times an interval while the L8 family counts pulses -- pick the one that matches the application.
How many timing modes does the H5CC-A have?
15 single-timer modes (Signal / Power ON Delay, Flicker I / II, One-Shot Flicker, Signal ON / OFF Delay, Signal OFF Delay I / II, Interval, Cumulative, Stopwatch, ON/OFF-Duty Flicker) plus four twin-timer modes (Flicker OFF / ON start, Flicker OFF / ON start II) on the AWSD suffix variant. Each mode is selectable from the front-panel keys without need for a PC.
Can the H5CC-A run on 24 VDC?
No -- the H5CC-A is AC 100-240 V only. For 12-48 VDC / 24 VAC use, pick the H5CC-AD (same body, same modes, same 5 A SPDT output, different supply). The H5CC-A cannot be powered from a 24 VDC rail.
What is the front-panel IP rating?
IP66 on the panel face ONLY when seated with the Y92S-P6 waterproof packing (sold separately). Without the packing the front face is IP54. The terminals and rear of the unit remain IP20 in all cases -- the timer is panel-mount only, not a sealed enclosure.
