Choosing the right 120 W version
Choose S8VS-12024AP when the PLC input expects a sourcing alarm signal. The S8VS-12024A has the same display and maintenance forecast but uses sinking outputs. The standard S8VS-12024 leaves out the display and external alarm outputs. If elapsed operating hours matter more than a condition-based forecast, the S8VS-12024BP provides a total-run-time monitor instead.
Before ordering
Confirm that all connected loads remain within 5 A and that the panel feed matches the input range. The alarm connections are transistor outputs, not dry relay contacts, so check the PLC input type and common wiring. This AP model has screw terminals; choose S8VS-12024AP-F when screwless terminals are required. Do not use parallel connection to increase the available current.
