The PA204R is the PA204S plus a SPST-NO RUN contact (250 VAC 2 A resistive) for an external RUN indicator. Pick the PA204S for the 26 VDC service rail without the RUN contact; pick the PA204R for the RUN contact without a separate relay module.
What is the 26 VDC service supply on the PA204S used for?
The 26 VDC output feeds the C200H-CT021 and C200H-CT002 high-speed counter units (which need 0.625 A at 26 VDC) and a typical 8-to-16-point relay row.
