The Omron E32-CC200 2M is a diffuse-reflective fiber optic sensor head from the E32 precision detection family, manufactured by Omron Corporation. Hengyixin Automation ships this sensor from our Xiamen warehouse with a 30-day DOA return window and a datasheet PDF included in the box.
The head has an M6 threaded body with a coaxial optical design that focuses the beam on the spot. The 2 m cable carries plastic-core fiber in a polyethylene sheath with an R25 mm bending radius and can be cut to length. The minimum detectable object is 5 micrometres. Sensing range is up to 2100 mm with the E39-F18 focal lens fitted. Protection is IP67. Operating temperature is -40 to +70 degrees C.

Any E3X-series fiber amplifier. The standard NPN choice is the E3X-NA11. For higher sensitivity and digital display pick the E3X-HD41. For two independent outputs on one amplifier, pick the E3X-ZV11.
Can the E32-CC200 2M cable be shortened?
Yes. The plastic fiber can be cut to length with the E39-F4 cutting tool and reinserted into the amplifier. The minimum bending radius after cutting is R25 mm; tighter bends will crack the plastic fiber and lose signal.
