The Omron NS5-SQ10B-ECV2 is the 5.7-inch TFT color HMI from the NS-series V2 platform with the upgraded LED backlight, manufactured by Omron Corporation. Hengyixin Automation ships this HMI panel from Xiamen with the Sysmac Studio or NB-Designer project file on a USB drive included.

The display shows 320 x 240 pixel QVGA graphics in 32,768 colors with an LED backlight rated 75,000 hours. The resistive touch panel reads CX-Designer screens. The 60 MB memory stores screens, alarm logs, recipes, and ladder monitor data. Two D-sub 9-pin RS-232C serial ports handle Host Link plus a secondary port for barcode readers.

Supply is 24 VDC at 15 W max, 20.4 to 27.6 VDC. Front face is IP65 / UL Type 4. Panel cutout is 184 mm x 131 mm. The unit is discontinued; the modern Sysmac Studio replacement is the NA5-7W001B-V1 on the same cutout. the SQ models carry an LED backlight rated 75,000 hours; the CCFL-to-LED change came with the -V2 generation, not between the SQ and TQ variants.
